Exchange / Store Credit / Returns
We'd like you to be happy as a clam at high tide with your order therefore we provide exchanges and store credit if you are unhappy with your purchase! Please be aware that we DO NOT offer refunds on returned items.
Step 1. Contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order to let us know if you would like to exchange or receive store credit for your item. All sale item purchases are final.
Step 2. Within 10 days of your purchase, mail your item/s with original receipt to:
434 E. Main St.
Step 3. Once we receive the item/s we will send you an email notifying you that your items have been received and are in acceptable condition for exchange/store credit (see "condition of items for elligible return" below). When you are ready to redeem your store credit or exchange please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will accomodate your request. Please be aware that we will only allow one exchange per purchase, no exceptions.
CONDITION OF ITEMS ELLIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
Items eligible for exchange/store credit MUST be in new, unworn, unsoiled and sellable condition with all tags in place and protective shields intact on swimsuit bottoms.
If we receive a returned item that has been damaged, worn, soiled, altered, laundered or is missing the tags then no credit will be issued to you. The item will be returned to you and you will be charged for the return shipment and you will forfeit all claims.
ONLINE VERSUS IN-STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
VENTURA STORE LOCATION RETURN POLICY: Tiki Girl will accept returns for store credit or exchange within 10 days of purchasing from our PHYSICAL STORE LOCATION (434 E. Main St. Ventura, CA 93001) if the goods meet the conditions of items ellgible for return (see above). Sorry, no refunds. All sale item purchases are final.
Sale items are final and are not eligible for exchange, store credit or refunds of any kind.
DEFECTIVE GOODS: If an item you have purchased is defective please email us at email@example.com immediately. We will replace defective merchandise returned to us within 15 days of the shipment date. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Once an order is placed (including pre-sale orders) it cannot be cancelled. Please be a mindful shopper!
