Return Policy

ONLINE RETURNS 
We'd like you to be happy as a clam at high tide with your order therefore we provide refunds or store credit within 30 days of fulfillment of your online order! We do not offer exchanges at this time. Item(s) must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached and no signs of wear to be eligible for return! Customers are responsible for return label shipping cost. 
Items purchased on SALE (sale page, promotional sales etc.) are final and are not eligible for exchange, store credit or refunds of any kind.

NOTE: Returns are only processed on weekdays and may take up to 3 days to process once we receive your return. Refunds may take up to two weeks to process with your bank. 
 
CONDITION OF ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN 
Items eligible for return MUST be in new, unworn, unsoiled and sellable condition with all tags in place and protective shields intact on swimsuit bottoms. If we receive a returned item that has been damaged, worn, soiled, altered, laundered or is missing the tags then no credit will be issued to you. The item will be returned to you, you will be charged for the return shipment and you will forfeit all claims.
 
IN-STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGES
VENTURA STORE LOCATION RETURN POLICY: Tiki Girl will accept returns for store credit or exchange within 21 days of purchasing from our PHYSICAL STORE LOCATION (434 E. Main St. Ventura, CA 93001) if the goods meet the conditions of items eligible for return (see above).
A 25% restocking fee will be charged for any purchase returned for store credit or exchange 22-30 days after initial purchase. We will not accept returns after 30 days of initial purchase. Sorry, no refunds. All sale item purchases are final. 
 
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased on SALE (sale page, promotional sales etc.) are final and are not eligible for exchange, store credit or refunds of any kind.
 
DEFECTIVE GOODS
If an item you have purchased is defective please email us at hello@shoptikigirl.com immediately. We will replace defective merchandise returned to us within 10 days of the shipment date. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed (including pre-sale orders) it cannot be cancelled. Please be a mindful shopper!
