Shipping & Delivery

PROCESSING TIMES
We process and ship your orders Monday through Friday! Once an order is placed, we will ship your package within 2 business daysOrders are not processed on weekends or national holidays. Processing time may be extended during sales events or high-volume sales periods. If there is a stock issue, we will email you to discuss your options! 

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping fees for your order will be calculated at checkout. All domestic orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. Selecting an expedited shipping option will not reduce the processing time. The estimated delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as we don't have any control of your package once it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active. 

IN-STORE PICKUPS
We offer free in-store pickup for online purchases! Select “Pick Up” at checkout when placing your order. We do our best to process in-store pickup orders within 24 hours, however please bear in mind that the pickup time may be delayed.
If you place an order Monday through Thursday, your order will most likely be available the next day for pick up. If you place an order Friday-Sunday your order will most likely be available the end of day Monday for pick up.
Once your order is ready for pickup, we will send you a pickup notification via email/SMS. Please have your order confirmation email/SMS with you when you come to pick up your order in-store.
If orders are unclaimed for more than 21 days from the pickup notification date, your order will no longer be eligible for refund, store credit or exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. We do not guarantee any estimated delivery dates.
International packages may be subject to additional taxes and customs fees. We are not responsible for these charges.

LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package has left our warehouse and becomes lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking information provided to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not issue a refund if your package is lost or stolen.
